I brought my computer in thinking the kids killed it. Battery dead, blue screen half the time, taking forever when it did start up. I actually expected them to say I needed a new computer. They listened carefully to me about the symptoms and said they would look at it and get back to me shortly. Low and behold, they called a few hours later and said it needs a new battery and just needs updating. WOWWWW! They could have told me anything but it only cost me a small amount. When I picked up the computer they explained how to keep it up to date, virus free and it's working like a charm!.. Highly impressed and very happy. I HIGHLY recommend Computrs. Hands down the best I've ever seen!
