A: Yes. We are always available to make an appointment and can sometimes be there that same day.
Q: Do you provide online support?
A: Yes. We offer a remote login service that allows us to view and work with most computers.
Q: Do I need an appointment to bring my computer to the office for repair?
A: No. Appointments are never needed to bring a computer or laptop to our office. Many repairs can be completed the same day they are dropped off.
Q: Can I schedule someone to review my computer needs?
A: Yes. Our trained IT Consultants can review your current computer setup and determine what you need to upgrade or replace. Not everyone needs to buy a new computer. We will help you make the best decisions.
Q: Do you repair Apple devices?
A: Yes. We will fix almost any device, from cracked screens to pop-ups we are ready to handle any issue.
