So whether your data was lost through mechanical failure, virus, natural disaster or accidental or intentional deletion, consider us first.
Clients who have experienced hard drive failures often lack adequate backup for their most import files. Whether those files are business related or personal photos and documents they have tremendous value.
When a drive has stopped booting, “blue screens” or just fails to boot up to the Windows screen we have achieved an 80% success rate in the retrieval of most data. Because our business is essentially a service-based business, we have made the quality of our service a key factor to our growth.
Recovering Your Data
Once we are ready to proceed, we will effectively "clone" your hard drive or media, so that the integrity of your data is never at risk. We perform all recovery procedures on a sector-by-sector basis on a duplicate of your original drive. We then queue your media or drive for full recovery. If you have specifically requested expedited service, we will automatically place it at the front of the recovery production queue.
Often times the drive is unrepairable but the data can still be retrieved. We will advise you if the drive can be replaced directly by the manufacturer usually for little or no additional cost.
Safeguards
As a courtesy to our customers, we always keep a copy of your data on hand for 30 business days to ensure you can successfully reinstall the data. Once you inform us that your data has been successfully reinstalled, we will purge it from our secure storage facilities.
Replacement Drive
To enhance our service to you we offer the option of having the data reinstalled onto a replacement drive and installed onto your computer. We request that you supply us with the applications, operating system and any available driver disks for the computer.

- $250.00 Unsuccessful attempt
- $650 to $1000 Successful retrieval of data
- $125.00 Reinstallation onto another drive*
- $85.00 Expedited service – within 24 hours.
